Squeezed in a short windboarding sesh at Texas City. I was pleasantly surprised to see a kiter out in just a bikini, I guess spring has sprung. Overpowered 5.6 and Rodeo. Threw down one speed loop in knee deep water, but apart from that couldn't do nothing.
Was the kiter wearing his bikini over his wetsuit?
